country roads

One of my favorite things about moving to Palouse is the drive between there and school. It's such a nice drive that I don't mind the extra time and gas it takes to get to and fro. I really wish you were going to be visiting during the green season. There are so many beautiful hills to imagine galloping a horse on (you are probably the only other person I know who has that strange automatic desire when viewing wide open spaces).

I also love that traffic jams are caused by things like giant tractors rather than rushing disgruntled  city dwellers.
